Wedge Wire Screen is a multi-functional screen that we are uniquely positioned to supply. This is a multipurpose screen with characteristics of toughness and clogging resistance where a slit/slot (mesh) suitable for the application is formed by arranging "wedge wires" with a triangle shape at equal intervals.
Wedge wire screen panels, also called wedge wire flat screen, wedge wire panels, are manufactured with stainless steel surface profiles and support profiles. The surface profile is welded onto support profiles at each intersection at a 90 degree. Wedge wire screen panels have smooth surfaces and small slot sizes, which can ensure accurate efficiency.
A flat wedge wire screen panel can be used in numerous applications, for instance, vibrating screens in coal mining.
We fabricate flat screens with very small wires and rods for critical fine-screening operations, or with much larger wires and rods for heavy-duty operations.
Slot size, material, and frame type are determined according to the customer's needs and application.
