V-wire Screen Tube is a type of wire mesh filter that is commonly used in water filtration systems. It is made of stainless steel or galvanized steel and features a unique geometry that allows for maximum filtration. The V-shape of the wire mesh provides a greater surface area for capturing particles, and its open design allows for an easy flow of water. It is also corrosion-resistant and has a long lifespan, making it an ideal choice for water filtration applications.

V-wire screens are made by welding V-shaped wire on support rods, creating slots that enlarge inwardly, meeting the most demanding standards for ruggedness, durability, consistency, and slot openings. The V-shaped opening allows only two contact points with the particles, thus preventing any risk of clogging. Each project is custom designed and engineered to ensure complete satisfaction.
The continuous V-wire slot design allows for lower entrance velocity of the water by reducing encrustation rates. The slot design also resists plugging and prevents sand from damaging pumps and reduces pumping costs.
Our  V-wire Screen diameters range from 0.750” to 38” and up in fabricated sections. Your specific tolerance and size requirements will be adhered to and will meet the required industry standards.

If you order our filter products, Quality is tested throughout the product life cycle to ensure our mission: Customer Satisfaction.
